To enable you reset your password, Here are the following steps:
- Go to Portal.mdcn.gov.ng
- Click on Login on the Doctor's access page
- Click on Forgot Password on the right hand side of the form
- Add your registered email address
- Click on Forgot Password
You should get a message on the website stating a new password has been sent to your email address
