Below are the steps for re-submitting your application
Login to your MDCN Online Profile
Edit your profile
Expand My Applications Menu
Click on Previous Applications: You would see the rejected application
Click on the Details button on the right hand side of the form
Click on the Re-send my application button
After sending your application, the status of your application will be Pending
